Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

At The Moonlight Hair, every order is treated with the same care and attention to detail that we put into every creation.

We work with two types of product: customized wigs and products from the INTACTA line, and the processing time may vary depending on the type of product.

Each wig is made to order and personalized by hand, guaranteeing the highest level of realism and quality.

Once payment has been confirmed, the production process begins immediately.

The average processing time is 8 to 12 business days, including:

- preparation and handmade customization of the front lace,

- quality inspection and safe packaging.

INTACTA products (glues, sprays, removers, and application accessories) have faster processing times, generally between 2 and 6 business days after order confirmation.

All items are checked and securely packaged before dispatch.

As soon as the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number and instructions.

Shipments are made via CTT - Correios de Portugal, with a tracking number and secure delivery.

Deadlines may vary depending on the destination and the type of product:

- Portugal: 2 to 3 working days

- Europe: 3 to 5 working days

•Rest of the World: 4 to 8 business days

Wigs and INTACTA products can be sent separately if one is processed more quickly than the other.

The deadlines given are estimates and may be slightly delayed due to external factors (customs, strikes or logistical delays).

Once the order has been delivered to CTT, The Moonlight Cabelo no longer has direct control over the transportation process.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss or damage caused during transportation, since once the shipment has been made, responsibility passes to the carrier.
Any situation should be reported immediately so that we can help resolve it with CTT.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on total weight and destination.

The Moonlight Cabelo makes national and international shipments, guaranteeing tracking and security on all deliveries.

In cases where the order includes a wig + INTACTA products, shipping may be joint or separate, depending on availability and preparation times.

The wigs made by The Moonlight Cabelo are made to order, customized for each client.

For this reason, and in accordance with Article 17(c) of Decree-Law 24/2014, we do not accept returns or cancellations after confirmation of purchase.

Exceptions only in the case of:

- product with proven defect,

- shipping error on our part.

In these cases, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photographs of the product and packaging to contacto@themoonlightcabelo.com.

After evaluation, we will replace it or find a suitable solution at no extra cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used or unsealed products.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is intact, sealed and within 14 days of delivery, as required by law.

To start the return process, the customer must contact us by e-mail, indicating the order number and the reasons for the request.

After confirmation, you will receive instructions for sending the return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or defective products.

If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the product and packaging.

The Moonlight Cabelo will arrange replacement or reshipment free of charge, with top priority.
