The Moonlight Cabelo is a space dedicated to the art of hair realism - specializing in custom-made frontal lace wigs and professional application products.

Each piece is created with attention to detail, comfort and beauty, reflecting the brand's mission: to help every woman feel confident, natural and premium, embodying her best version!

This website, www.themoonlightcabelo.com, was created to facilitate the shopping experience, share knowledge and allow each customer to choose and order their product safely and transparently.

By using this site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions described below.


1. Scope and Use of the Site

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the site and all purchases made through it.

The user undertakes to use the website responsibly and only for lawful purposes, refraining from any use that is abusive, fraudulent or contrary to good commercial practice.

 

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed exclusively through www.themoonlightcabelo.com.

Each product is made to order and personalized by hand according to the customer's request.

The payment methods available are those indicated at checkout.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

The Moonlight Cabelo reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of an obvious error in price, address, out-of-stock items, non-payment or abusive behavior on the part of the customer.


3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€).

The Moonlight Cabelo is exempt from VAT under Article 53 of the VAT Code until it exceeds the annual turnover limit defined by law.

Shipping costs and any customs duties are shown before the purchase is finalized.


4. Processing and Shipping

The average processing time is 5 to 7 working days (preparation, personalization and quality check).

Delivery times vary according to destination:

  • Portugal: 2 to 3 working days

  • Europe: 3 to 5 working days

  • Rest of the world: 7 to 10 working days


After shipment, the customer receives the tracking number by e-mail.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors (customs, strikes, logistical delays, etc.) and are not the direct responsibility of The Moonlight Cabelo.

 

5. Exchanges and returns

The Moonlight Hair's wigs are made to order and personalized according to each client's specifications.

For this reason, and in accordance with article 17, paragraph c) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges after confirmation of purchase, except in cases of proven defect or shipping error.


In the event of a defect or mistake, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photographs of the product and packaging to contacto@themoonlightcabelo.com.

6. Guarantees

All products are covered by a 3-month legal guarantee against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, incorrect storage, lack of maintenance or improper application.


7. Data Protection and Cookies

The personal data collected (name, contact, address, e-mail and purchase data) is only processed for:

  • order processing;

  • communication with the client;

  • issuing invoices;

  • sending updates or offers (if the customer consents).


The technical management and security of the site are ensured by the Shopify platform, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Payments are processed through certified providers (e.g. Ifthenpay, PayPal, Stripe, MB Way), guaranteeing the protection of bank details.


The website uses functional cookies and, with consent, analytical and marketing cookies, which can be managed in the cookie banner.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer can resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution:

10. Changes to Terms

The Moonlight Hair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version in force is always the one published on this page, and applies to purchases made after the update.
